Zaya S. Younan is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Younan Properties, Inc. A true entrepreneur, Mr. Younan has earned a reputation for building strategic organizations and profitable operating companies in his two decades of experience with global companies. He has more than two decades of senior management experience working for Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, Johnson Controls and TRW among others in the United States, Asia and Europe.

Founded in 2001, Los Angeles-based Younan Properties is one of the fastest growing privately-held real estate investment and asset management firms in the United States with more than $1.6 billion in holdings and $4 billion in transactions. The company currently owns and manages more than 12 million square feet of Class A office space in Dallas, Houston, Chicago and Phoenix. Younan is the largest commercial office building owner in Dallas and the second largest in Houston.

Younan’s current accomplishments and past performance are the result of its revolutionary approach to real estate investment and operations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the USC Lusk School of Real Estate, a Board member the Smithsonian Institute’s Frontiers of Flight Museum in Dallas, and serves on the Advisory Board of Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, Calif. Involved in worldwide philanthropic efforts, Mr. Younan is funding the creation of a Dallas-based war museum to honor American troops throughout history. Mr. Younan is married with five children and is a resident of Westlake Village.
